Pythagoras and Patagonia

The Filmfreunde Ebersberg invite you to their short film annual presentation, the Videonale, on Thursday, September 29th, in the old warehouse in Ebersberg. The program is again very diverse. As a special treat for Ebersberger, Erwin Demel compares old and new film footage of the city. An even older animated silent film becomes a sound film in a new adaptation by Birgit Leitner.

Erich Heucke filmed Bavaria from above, while Erwin Kesel dealt with the topic of shoes very close to the ground. Peter Rohmfeld asks what traces Pythagoras left on Samos and Erich Heucke visits glacier researchers in Sweden. Ilke and Toni Ackstaller first lead the viewer to the beginnings of the earth and find witnesses of primeval times. In addition, they let visitors participate in the still very traditional life of an Ethiopian tribe, as well as in the experiences of a journey through Patagonia. The event begins at 7:30 p.m., doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets cost nine euros.
