Zirndorf (dpa / lby) – In Middle Franconia, a bus collided with a car and came to a standstill on the railway tracks. According to the police, the bus turned 180 degrees after the collision on Thursday in Zirndorf (district of Fürth) and broke through the fence to the tracks. Rail traffic had to be temporarily suspended. A crane was requested to salvage the bus.

The 22-year-old car driver suffered minor injuries, the 48-year-old bus driver was unharmed. According to a police spokesman on Thursday, there were no other people on the bus. The cause of the accident was initially unclear.
