Leverkusen (dpa) – After the confession of club boss Fernando Carro, defense chief Jonathan Tah from the Bundesliga soccer club Bayer Leverkusen has also positioned himself clearly for a future with coach Gerardo Seoane.
“I can only say that the team wants it that way and gives everything for it,” said the national player, who is currently not nominated for the DFB team, in an interview with “Kicker”.
The team is “behind the coach – we have a lot of mutual trust, there is a common line,” said Tah. He thinks it’s good that the Swiss are also self-critical. “That he sets an example, starts with himself and only then looks at the others – that’s exactly how every single player should do it,” said the 26-year-old.
